Pierre Frey | Poesie Indienne – Bindi

Poesie Indienne draws inspiration from a nineteenth-century Indo-Persian panel, its block-printed motifs carefully preserved within the Maison's collection. The design presents horizontal striped borders composed of traditional ornamental elements, rendered on substantial cotton fabric and mounted upon non-woven backing. This approach honours the craftsmanship of historical Indian printing techniques whilst translating the pattern into a contemporary wall covering of notable substance and visual presence.
