Savane represents a meditation on African landscape and culture rendered through the intuitive sensibility of designer Isabelle. Rather than literal representation, the wallpaper channels the essence of the continent—its rhythmic patterns, contemplative quietude and primal forces—distilled into primitive symbols that evoke textiles, ceremonial wall paintings and the impressions of sand and earth. These motifs create a dialogue between aesthetic traditions, permitting cultures to communicate with quiet dignity and thoughtfulness. The paper itself is realised through digital printing on vinyl with a subtle natté embossing, introducing tactile complexity to the surface.
