Vadim is a spectacular artisanal linen intended for upholstery, in which the irregularities are part of the design itself. The slubs and variations are not flaws to be tolerated but the very texture the cloth is built on — evidence of fibre and making, kept deliberately visible. Upholstered, it gives furniture a natural authority: material first, decoration second, and all the better for it.
