Victoria is a semi-sheer of real character: waves of light cotton score its delicate surface and tilt against the light in an inverted balance. Its heavy fall and soft hand set it apart from the ordinary run of sheers — there is substance behind the transparency. It is woven in France in the Pierre Frey workshops, holders of the EPV label.
