Euphoria Velvet sets the Temperley London collaboration's animal-and-botanical fantasia onto a pure cotton pile, print and velvet compounding each other's depth. Cotton velvet takes the drawing with a matt, dense richness quite different from a shinier pile, and a rub count of one hundred thousand makes it upholsterable in earnest. A maximalist cloth with an old-fashioned constitution, as happy on a sofa as at a window.
