Halycon is a woven stripe from the Ornare collection, made in Belgium in a cotton-and-viscose yarn that gives the bands a soft, slightly lustred edge. The stripe is generous rather than pinstriped, with a rhythm that suits curtains, blinds and occasional chairs. Being woven rather than printed, the colour goes right through the cloth, and the surface has a quiet dimensionality that flat stripes lack.
