Isala is a geometric ikat printed in Italy on Linara, the cotton-and-linen cloth with a brushed, peachskin handle. The pattern's edges are deliberately soft, in the manner of dyed-before-weaving cloths, which keeps the geometry relaxed rather than rigid. Rub-tested to a severe domestic grade and machine-washable, it is that rare thing: a pattern with genuine character that shrugs off the wear of everyday furniture.
