Itami is the namesake jacquard of its collection, woven in India with a large botanical design carried in the structure of the cloth rather than printed on top. The repeat is generous — nearly a metre — so curtains and panels show whole passages of the pattern rather than fragments. The woven construction gives the design a low relief and a soft, shifting surface that a print could not achieve.
