Lamont is a textured chenille weave on a viscose and cotton ground, woven in Italy for the Quinton collection. It behaves as a semi-plain: no pattern to speak of, only a low, light-catching pile that lends the surface a soft depth a flat cloth cannot manage. That makes it an easy companion to busier designs, holding a scheme together without asking for attention, and flame-retardant treatments are available where a project requires them.
