Romo | Lavinia Embroidery – Blue Haze

Lavinia is an embroidered jacquard from the Temperley London collaboration, a floral drawn at a generous scale and stitched over a woven ground of viscose and polyester. The embroidery is the point: thread sits proud of the cloth, so the flowers carry real relief and catch the light as the fabric moves. This is a design for curtains, blinds and cushions rather than hard-working seats, somewhere its needlework can be admired at close range.
