Layton is a textured weave of viscose and linen in which a fine herringbone surfaces through the cloth, quietly, the way a suiting reveals its structure only at close range. From a distance it reads as a semi-plain; up close the chevron gives it direction and a dry, tailored character. Rated for severe domestic use, it upholsters confidently, and flame-retardant treatments are available where regulations require them.
