Luiz is a chenille weave patterned at a very small scale, the repeat barely more than a centimetre, so the design dissolves into texture the moment you step back. The chenille yarn gives it a soft, dense pile that invites the hand, while cotton and linen in the blend keep the surface dry rather than plush. Rated for severe domestic wear, it makes an excellent quiet upholstery cloth with more going on than a plain.
