Riko is a cord, and cord is the workhorse of passementerie: it defines a seam, covers a join and holds a shape. Polyester-led for strength with viscose for sheen, supplied on 50 metre pieces, which is double the length of the braids and reflects how much of it a single suite of upholstery will use.
