Sakuya is a jacquard weave from the Itami collection, a botanical woven in a blend of polyester with silk and wool, the silk lending a soft lustre to the flowers and the wool giving the ground its depth. Because the design is woven rather than printed, the pattern has a low relief that catches light along its edges. It is a decorative cloth first and foremost, made for curtains, blinds and cushions that carry a room.
