Tiami is a jacquard weave from the Floris collection, a botanical rendered not in print but in structure: petals and foliage picked out by the changing float of a viscose-rich yarn, so the design emerges through sheen and shadow. The repeat is enormous — well over a metre across the width — which gives a curtain or a panel the presence of a tapestry rather than a pattern. It rewards being used generously, where the full drawing can unfold.
