Tiva is a woven stripe from the Elson collection, narrow and evenly paced — the repeat is a few centimetres — so it reads as rhythm rather than statement. The cloth is a cotton-led blend with viscose and linen, giving the stripe a softly dry handle and a slight irregularity in the yarn that keeps it from looking machine-perfect. Use it to bring order to a scheme of plains: on a pair of chairs, a bench cushion, or crisp Roman blinds.
