Varese is a wide-width plain from the Sesia collection, woven in inherently flame-retardant Trevira CS at nearly three and a half metres — dimensions that let it dress tall glazing in single, seamless drops. As a cloth it is evener and calmer than most technical plains, with a fine matt grain that hangs in disciplined folds. It is the specifier's answer to a recurring problem: curtains for large contract spaces that must meet fire codes without looking like they were chosen by a committee.
