The yarn takes dye unevenly, and that is deliberate. A blend of flame-retardant polyesters, 30 per cent of it recycled, absorbs colour at different rates across the cloth, and the result is the broken, slightly irregular surface linen has and most technical sheers cannot manage.
At 310 cm it hangs railroaded with no seam across the drop, and at 490 g it has enough body to fall properly instead of floating. Certified for contract curtains in the UK, France, Germany and Italy, with NFPA 701 in the United States and IMO 7 for marine. Five shades, all of them quiet.
