Kleisterpapier is the German paste-paper technique, in which colour is combed and pressed into a paste ground to make patterns that are neither printed nor drawn. Formafantasma took an old example of it and had the marks rebuilt as a glossy weave, fine enough to read as filigree against a semi-opaque ground.
At 305 cm it railroads, and at 520 g it is heavy for a sheer, which is why it drapes as well as it does instead of hanging flat. Certified for contract curtains in the UK, France, Germany and Italy, NFPA 701 in the United States and IMO 7 for marine. A 25 cm vertical repeat, four shades, made in Italy.
