The metallic varnish is printed onto the raised ground only, so the relief is lit along the top and left dark in the hollows, and a texture that was already large-scale gains a further half-dimension. It comes from the Diecielode cloth, a macro texture, and the enlargement is the point rather than a side effect.
Vinyl on a cellulose nonwoven base, a full metre wide in 10-metre rolls with a 70 cm vertical repeat, so a wall takes fewer drops and fewer seams than the 70 cm rolls elsewhere in the collection.
