Chenille gives a velvet hand without velvet's pile direction, and this one is flame retardant into the bargain, certified to German B1, IMO 8, Italian Classe 1 and the British contract curtain standard. The weave carries the pattern rather than the colour, a geometry built out of movement in the cloth itself, over a long 76 cm vertical repeat.
At 22,000 Martindale it suits upholstered furniture in gentler use, and it drops softly enough to hang as a curtain, which is not true of most chenilles. 140 cm wide, made in Italy.
