Scattered flowers, printed on a ground light enough to see through, so the colour sits in the air rather than on a surface. Digital printing is the reason the watercolour survives: the small tonal steps that give a wash its depth come through intact, where a conventional process would flatten them.

The repeat is the size of the cloth. 256 cm vertically and 290 cm across the full width, which is to say the design is effectively a single panel and wants a tall window where it can be read whole.
