The vertical repeat runs to 129 cm, the longest in the Second Firing group, and on a tall curtain that is a specific advantage: the design completes once in the drop and the eye never catches it beginning again. It also means allowing for it when ordering.

Cotton weft, eco-nylon warp, and no metallic thread at all, so the surface stays matt throughout and the pattern is left to the weave structure to carry. Peter Marino's source for the capsule was the glazed ceramics of Dalpayrat, enlarged into pattern and texture, with the colours drawn from Paolo Veronese. 520 g at 140 cm, offered in one version, and heavy enough to upholster with as well as hang.
