Both faces of this silk are finished, so a curtain shows one side to the room and the other to the window, and a bedspread turns back on itself without needing a lining. The hand is crisp and full rather than fluid, and a measured change of weave raises a low embossed pattern across the surface. Pure silk at 225 g, 140 cm wide, which is generous for a silk of this type and saves seams on a wide drop. Sixteen colourways, all shimmering rather than flat. Made in China.
