Palais scalloped tassel fringe comprises primarily silk with minor proportions of rayon, cotton and synthetics, standing three-point-five inches tall. The scalloped detail provides refined embellishment to lampshades, cushions and upholstered edges. Eight colourways available throughout Palais.
