Acanthus Tape is a woven jacquard derived from the Acanthus Stripe pattern, in which a stylised leaf motif is worked into the cloth at a scale that reads clearly as architecture rather than ornament. The vertical repeat of four centimetres and horizontal repeat of 24 centimetres give the design a measured, rhythmic quality as it runs along an edge.
Woven in Germany from 100 per cent viscose, it is eight centimetres wide and must be dry cleaned only. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery as a finishing detail, and is offered in ten colourways.
