Ainsley Stripe Indoor/Outdoor is a woven ikat stripe with the irregular, hand-drawn quality of an old textile, its soft, supple handle belying the high-performance acrylic from which it is made. The ground has a mélange finish that adds depth to the colour, and the stripe itself reads as a loose, organic rhythm rather than a rigid repeat.

Made in the United States from acrylic, it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 34 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 36 centimetres. The cloth is railroaded, meaning the pattern runs along the width, so it can be used in long, unbroken runs without seams. It is bleach cleanable at a 1:20 ratio and suited to outdoor upholstery and cushions.
