Ambala Paisley is a jacquard-woven ground overprinted with a scrolling paisley pattern that runs vertically in a slender repeat. The combination of weave and print gives the design a layered, almost embossed quality, and the linen-cotton base cloth has a natural, uneven hand that suits the motif's artisanal character.
Made in India from a blend of linen and cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 142 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 17 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric works for curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and comes in several colourways.
