Ananas is a 1930 design by Paul Poiret, created exclusively for Schumacher, depicting pineapples nestled among broad banana leaves in a lush tropical landscape. The scale is generous—an 80-centimetre vertical repeat—so the pattern unfolds across curtains or upholstery with room to breathe.
Printed on 100 per cent linen in the United Kingdom, it is 135 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 80 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 67 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in four colourways. The design is also produced as a wallcovering.
