Annabel Cotton has a pronounced ribbed texture that gives it the irregular, handwoven character of artisan cloth, though it is woven with the consistency needed for everyday upholstery. The surface is tactile and unfussy, and the horizontal grain of the rib runs quietly across the width.
Woven in India from cotton, it is 135 centimetres wide with a small 2-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery and cushions, and is available in a range of colourways from soft neutrals to stronger blues and greens.
