Annabel Warp Print reworks the traditional pomegranate motif as a loose, scrolling design printed using the warp-print technique, in which the warp threads are dyed before weaving so the pattern softens and blurs slightly in the cloth. A mix of thick and thin weft yarns gives the surface a rustic, uneven texture.
Woven and printed in India from 100 per cent cotton, it is 134 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 70 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 66 centimetres. It is machine washable at 30 degrees and suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery.
