Schumacher | Anshun

Anshun is a jacquard-woven cloth with a floral pattern printed over the woven ground, so the design has both surface decoration and structural depth. The botanical motif works at a generous scale—a 91-centimetre vertical repeat and 69-centimetre horizontal—so it reads clearly across curtains or on upholstered furniture, the repeat large enough to be seen whole rather than fragmented.

Woven and printed in the United Kingdom from cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and the scale of the repeat makes it particularly effective where larger expanses of fabric are on show.
