Schumacher | Ashcroft Matelassé Indoor/Outdoor

Ashcroft Matelassé Indoor/Outdoor is a textured weave with an offset stripe, the matelassé construction giving the cloth a quilted, three-dimensional surface. The stripe repeats at 6 centimetres vertically and 7 horizontally, a tight, architectural scale that reads as texture from a distance and reveals its geometry up close. The design can swing between classic Americana and Bauhaus restraint depending on how it is used, and the high-performance fibres make it suitable for heavy use both indoors and out.

Woven in Belgium from polyolefin and acrylic, it is 137 centimetres wide and machine-washable at 30 degrees. It is intended for cushions, upholstery and outdoor use, where the synthetic composition resists fading and moisture.
