Askandra Flower is a hand-screenprinted linen inspired by traditional Indian paisleys, the design built around a soft oval motif filled with foliage and floral detail. The pattern repeats in a half-drop with a 44.5-centimetre vertical repeat and 18-centimetre horizontal, the scale described as medium, so it layers comfortably with other patterns without dominating. The hand-printing gives each length individual character.
It is printed in India on 100 per cent linen, 132 centimetres wide, and dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, upholstery and cushions, and the design is also available as a wallpaper. It is made in five colourways.
