Augustin Linen Stripe is a jacquard-woven stripe in pure linen, its bands shifting softly in tone so the pattern reads with an ombré quality rather than hard edges. The rhythm is regular but gentle, the natural slub of the linen adding texture across the cloth. At a 15-centimetre horizontal repeat the stripe is mid-scale, present without dominating, and the subtle tonal shifts mean it works as easily in a contemporary room as a more traditional one.
Woven in India from 100 per cent linen, the cloth is 135 centimetres wide and suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. It is made available in five colourways. Dry cleaning is recommended.
