Avenue is a two-tone ribbed stripe woven on the bias, which gives the cloth a diagonal grain and a quiet energy. The ribs run at an angle across the width, so the stripe reads as movement rather than static geometry. Lengths can be run straight or pieced to form chevron or diamond patterns, turning the fabric into custom architecture.
Woven in Italy from cotton and polyester, it is 142 centimetres wide with a 2-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery, curtains, blinds and cushions, and is offered in several colourways.
