Axel Plaid Wallcovering is a large-scale geometric woven in viscose raffia with a jacquard construction and a cut fringe detail along the edge. The interplay of weave structures creates shifts in texture and light across the plaid, giving the wall pronounced dimension and a tactile, artisanal quality. The pattern reads as architectural rather than decorative.
Made in Italy, it is 140 centimetres wide with a 90-centimetre vertical repeat and a 140-centimetre horizontal repeat, sold by the metre from rolls of 7.312 metres. It is spongeable and suited to feature walls where texture and scale are wanted. The design is available in several colourways.
