Backgammon Tape takes its cue from the pointed pips and circular counters of the game, the motifs alternating in colour and worked in a combination of embroidery and cording that gives the trim both texture and relief. Designed by Mary McDonald, it has a graphic, playful confidence that suits schemes with pattern and colour.
Made in India from 52 per cent linen and 48 per cent spun polyester, the tape is 9 centimetres wide. Dry clean. Offered in four colourways—navy and sky, red, black and sand, and sky—it works on curtain edges, cushion borders and upholstery detailing where a bold, textured finish is wanted.
