Schumacher | Bassano

Bassano is a chenille woven with a fine geometric pattern, the pile catching light to reveal a subtle chevron that reads as texture rather than decoration. The repeat is minimal—1 centimetre in both directions—so the effect is one of quiet surface interest, the geometry emerging only as you approach the cloth.

Woven in the United States from cotton, rayon and polyester, it is 137 centimetres wide and recommended for dry cleaning. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, where the chenille construction provides both softness and resilience. The design is available in twelve colourways.
