Schumacher | Bensley Bouclé

Bensley Bouclé is a looped cloth with irregular horizontal stripes woven into the texture, so the surface reads as both stripe and bouclé at once. The loops are longer than usual, giving the cloth a soft, enveloping hand, and the striped arrangement breaks up the typical solid-colour bouclé field with a more informal rhythm.

Woven in Italy from a blend of 31 per cent acrylic, 22 per cent cotton, 22 per cent nylon, 13 per cent viscose, 6 per cent wool and 6 per cent linen, it is 140 centimetres wide. Ironing is recommended for care. It suits upholstery and cushions, where the textural interest and softness of the cloth can be appreciated.
