Schumacher | Biscayne

Biscayne is a serpentine stripe composed of natural feathers, hand-gathered and arranged across each panel to form an iridescent surface that shifts with the light. The mid-scale patterning reads as a textural column, organic and quietly arresting, each panel unique in the way only natural materials can be.

Made in Taiwan, it is 97 centimetres wide with a 14-centimetre vertical repeat, sold by the panel at just over three metres long. The feathers require only gentle vacuuming with a soft brush, and the wallcovering brings both pattern and a rare, tactile dimension to walls where a softer, more sculptural finish is wanted.
