Biyan Tape is a woven stripe punctuated by rows of small pom-poms that give the trim a lively, textural edge. The stripe runs vertically along the tape, and the pom-poms add a dimensional quality that catches the eye without overwhelming. It brings a playful finish to upholstery edges, cushion borders and curtain leading edges.
Made in India, it is woven as a jacquard from cotton with acrylic wool, 8 centimetres wide with a 4-centimetre vertical repeat and an 8-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstered pieces, and is available in several colourways.
