Boro Plaid is a basketweave plaid woven from hand-dyed yarns, so the colour shifts irregularly across the cloth and no two lengths are quite alike. The blend includes linen and the weave gives the fabric a tactile, layered surface that reads as much through texture as through pattern.
Woven in India, it is 64 per cent polyester with cotton, viscose and linen, 141 centimetres wide, and carries an 18-centimetre vertical repeat and 16-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery, curtains, blinds and cushions, and is available in three colourways.
