Brunel is a woven cotton with a small, repeating dot pattern that sits comfortably in traditional interiors. The weave is straightforward and unfussy, the sort of cloth that works quietly in a room without demanding attention, and the dot gives just enough pattern to avoid plainness.
Woven in India from 100% cotton, it is 138 centimetres wide with a 6-centimetre vertical repeat and a 9-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits cushions and upholstery, the cotton weave providing a reliable, workable cloth for everyday use on sofas, chairs and ottomans.
