Brushed Plaid is a wallcovering whose surface is hand-combed to create a raised, striated texture that reads as an irregular plaid. Metallic pigments are rubbed into the design, so the pattern catches light with a subtle, textural sparkle, the hand-worked finish giving each length a slightly different character.
It is made in the United States, sixty-nine centimetres wide, and sold by the metre. It can be cleaned with a damp sponge and is available in six colourways.
