Brushstrokes is a printed stripe built from horizontal gestures that look as though they were painted by hand, each band slightly irregular so the pattern has movement and a loose, modern character. The vertical repeat of 61 centimetres and the full-width horizontal repeat mean the design reads as an all-over texture rather than a mechanical stripe.
Printed in the United States on a linen-and-cotton blend, it is 137 centimetres wide and recommended for dry cleaning. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and belongs to Schumacher's Natura collection. It is available in four colourways.
