Bukhara Ikat is a mid-scale tribal pattern printed onto linen, the woven motifs suggesting the dye-resist tradition of Central Asian textiles but rendered with graphic clarity. The design reads as both sensual and bold, the ikat's characteristic blurred edges softened by the natural ground.
Made in Italy from pure linen, it is 135 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 70 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 33 centimetres. The cloth is printed on a sateen weave, which lends it a dressier hand than rougher ikats, and it is recommended for dry cleaning. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in seven colourways.
