Schumacher | Burnished Raffia

Burnished Raffia layers strips of natural raffia over metallic grounds, the organic texture of the grass set against shimmering finishes in ivory, gold or silver. The contrast between the matte, fibrous raffia and the reflective backing gives the surface a restrained glamour, the metal catching light while the raffia absorbs it. The effect is both textural and quietly luxurious, the natural material grounded by the burnished metallic.

Made in South Korea, it is 91 centimetres wide and sold by the roll, each 3.656 metres in length. It should be cleaned by vacuuming only with a soft brush. Suited to walls where its textural and reflective qualities can be seen in varied light, it is available in three colourways.
