Cabochon is a jacquard-woven dot that reads as a field of soft, rounded forms across the cloth, each spot catching the light differently thanks to the interplay of cotton and silk in the weave. The 42-centimetre vertical repeat and 68-centimetre horizontal repeat give the pattern a generous, rhythmic presence that works well on larger upholstered pieces.

Woven in India from cotton and silk, it is 137 centimetres wide and recommended for dry cleaning. The cloth suits both cushions and upholstery, where the lustre of the silk lifts the simple geometry into something quietly refined.
