The contrast between the fine cotton and the heavier linen gives the trim both structure and a handwoven character, and the stripe creates a strong visual line along edges and seams.
Woven in the United Kingdom from cotton and linen, it is 7 centimetres wide with a 7-centimetre vertical repeat and a 6-centimetre horizontal repeat. It is spongeable and available in eleven colourways. The trim suits upholstery, curtains and cushions where a bold, textural edge is wanted, and coordinates with a matching fringe and a wider width.
